2. Refunds & Cancellations
   Due to the customized nature of our experiences, refunds are only issued in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or organizer-led cancellations). Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
    

3. Trip Changes
   We reserve the right to modify trip details, including itinerary and accommodations, due to local conditions or logistical needs. In such cases, we aim to offer alternatives of equal value.
    

4. Liability
   Participants join trips at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage during travel. We recommend all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
    

5. Privacy
   We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected is used solely for booking, communication, and logistical purposes and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
