Tourtok – Jaipur, India
Reservation
Your booking and contract with Tourtok, Jaipur, India ("Tourtok") is accepted and becomes legally binding only from the date Tourtok is in receipt of your non‑refundable deposit, subject to availability and at Tourtok’s discretion. Tourtok will reserve your place on your selected arrangements.
Tour prices are subject to availability of tour services, airlines, special economy class fares, and specific airfare class availability. Prices may vary once airfare inventory is sold out. All services are subject to availability.
The contract is between Tourtok and the Client, being the person making the booking (the “Lead Passenger”). The Lead Passenger warrants that they have full authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons named and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Lead Passenger confirms responsibility for all payments due for all persons in the booking. No agent or employee of Tourtok, other than a Director, has authority to vary or omit any of these conditions or promise any discount or refund.
Passenger names must be provided exactly as per passport, including middle names, at the time of booking. Any spelling corrections made after a deposit is paid must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees, including airline ticket reissue charges.
Tourtok reserves the right to correct any errors in quoted rates or calculations, or any omissions, at any time. Any verbal quotation is indicative only and subject to written confirmation.
For flights arriving in the early hours of the morning, hotel rooms will not be available until standard check‑in time. Clients wishing to check in immediately must book accommodation from the previous night.
By booking any holiday arranged by Tourtok, the Client accepts these booking conditions.
Special Requests
Special requests must be advised at the time of booking. Tourtok and its suppliers will endeavour to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment, as they do not form part of the Contract.
Confirmation that a request has been noted does not constitute a guarantee. Tourtok does not accept bookings that are conditional upon fulfillment of special requests.
Deposit
A 15% deposit, plus the full cost of any flights included in the itinerary, is required within five (5) calendar days of acceptance of the quotation unless otherwise advised. Certain services may require a higher deposit, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of Payment
The balance of all monies due must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation or a late payment fee of not less than INR 8,500 per booking, at Tourtok’s discretion.
Payments made by credit card may incur a 3.60% processing fee.
Late Bookings
Bookings made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Changes by the Client
The following fees apply:

Amendments made more than 30 days prior to departure where the booking value decreases: INR 4,250 per change

Amendments that increase the booking value: No fee

Airline ticket reissues: From INR 8,500 per person (subject to airline rules)

Any confirmed booking change must be made in writing and will incur an administration fee of INR 4,250 per booking, plus any additional supplier charges
Requests to change departure dates within 60 days of travel will be treated as cancellations.
Availability of amendments cannot be guaranteed.
Substitution of Client
Client substitutions may be permitted up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to approval by Tourtok. An administration fee of INR 8,500, plus any airline or supplier charges, applies. Airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges on issued tickets.
Substitutions are not permitted on sale or promotional bookings.
Sale or Promotional Offers
Bookings made under sale or promotional offers are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and require full payment at the time of booking. Any changes will incur 100% cancellation charges.
Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

More than 60 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit

59 to 46 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost

45 days or less prior to departure (including no‑show): 100% of total tour cost
Airline cancellation charges apply in addition. Cancellation charges cannot be waived under any circumstances.
Changes by Tourtok
Tourtok reserves the right to modify itineraries due to force majeure, adverse weather, transportation issues, supplier failure, or local conditions. Such changes do not constitute grounds for compensation.
Cancellation by Tourtok
Tourtok may cancel a tour due to force majeure, insufficient bookings, or failure by the Client to make full payment. Where possible, an alternative tour will be offered, or a refund provided less third‑party cancellation fees.
Packaged Tours – Low Bookings
Tours may be cancelled if minimum participant numbers are not met. Clients may accept an alternative itinerary or receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Surcharges
Tourtok reserves the right to apply surcharges due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, government action, taxes, or increases in transportation or airfare costs.
If a surcharge exceeds 10% of the tour cost, the Client may cancel the booking within 7 days of notification and receive a full refund.
Refunds & Compensation
No refunds will be issued for unused services once the tour has commenced. Liability for transportation and accommodation is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions.
No compensation is payable for cancellations due to force majeure or low bookings.
Optional Activities
Optional activities not included in the tour price are contracted directly with third‑party providers. Tourtok bears no responsibility or liability for these activities.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, cancellation, personal liability, and loss of personal effects. Failure to maintain adequate insurance renders the contract void.
Health
Clients confirm they are medically and physically fit to travel and accept all inherent risks. Any medical or dietary information provided is used solely to assist suppliers and does not create liability for Tourtok.
Tourtok reserves the right to remove any Client whose condition adversely affects the tour.
Passport & Visa
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. Tourtok is not liable for denied entry or associated costs.
Limitation of Liability
Tourtok acts solely as an agent for third‑party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Conduct & Laws
Clients must comply with all local laws and behave responsibly. Tourtok may terminate services without refund for misconduct or illegal behaviour.
Seatbelts
Where seatbelts are available, Clients must wear them. Travel in vehicles without seatbelts is undertaken at the Client’s own risk.
Entrance Fees & Tipping
Included sightseeing allows single entry only. Additional entrance fees are payable by the Client. Tipping is customary in India and may be managed via a tipping kitty where applicable.
Images
Clients grant Tourtok a perpetual, royalty‑free licence to use images taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.
Complaints
Complaints must be raised during the tour and submitted in writing within three (3) months of tour completion.
Governing Law
This Contract is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.
